RUDE AGENT

I have recently been retrenched,so I went to the branch to submit documents for insurance purposes,the guys at the branch in west age were very helpful I must say,so we had to call your call centre to report the matter,and we got through to Natasha heugh so she explained all I need to know I then asked her for a reference number and she told me they(capitec bank)don't have references,I then requested her surname just so I am able to follow up on the call......I could not believe her rudesness,\I don't feel comfortable giving you my surname I a have right not to disclose my surname
