ROYAL MARK DEBIT ORDER **** .
This morning a debit order instruction of R115-00 was deducted from account by a company called Royal Mark. It is quite a shock realising that someone has got access to your bank account without your consent .

If FICA documents can easily be hacked without the bank recognizing the suspicious bank transactions capitec introduce other measures to protect clients against such incidences. Since this is a known case other internal measures at capitec should be introduced to stop such organisation from this ********** activities.
Can you please advise me on how I should get my refund back and also if this debit order can be cancelled immediately
