<p>after arguing with different managers from different branches and consultants i decided to try the call centre, i spoke to Zusiphe and demanded to speak with her Team Leader, she did not even argue with me she did exactly what i wanted unlike other companies. I spoke to her TL Neo Motsoane who even gave me his work landline number so i could speak to him directly next time,it does not even take him 2 seconds to answer the phone showing he is always at his desk assisting his agents and clients.in short i was blown away by the services.How i wish you could hire more staff like him even in the branches</p>
