Capitec rossetinville has a lot of untrained employees who seem to use logic and not rules and process to attend a certain enquiry. iv been waiting for a month for a enquiry that other bank do in a day all documents are submitted and correct issue now it sorry we forgot to also upload your ID copy its a week later now i go back to check sorry the consultant send the documents to an incorrect email i mean if u had never dealt with such an enquiry why not ****** ask other managers or something why assume the email address just because it sounds like it correspond with issue you dealing with. Delaying clients time over a useless thing u can do in days just buy asking
