RoseBank Capitec

This review does not even deserve 1 star! Was at Rosebank Capitec the line was so long and it was one line for a deposit and for withdrawals. Firstly there are 2 ATM machines but one was out of service so did they expect during peak time which is from (15:00 - 18:00) people should be queuing?? Worst of all i asked the lady at the door that i would like to deposit she said that the consultants that work with deposits have knocked off and that I will need to go back to the que. After working hours we expect the service to be quick anywhere as its peak people want to be on their way home, please also fix their service they are never friendly!
