robed by capitec bank

my name is benjamin moate email is [Email Removed] bank is still debiting my money for a loan that ive already paid it off in 2015/03/18 so they did debit any money from that month till the 29/01/2016 and 29/02/2016 that where they started taking my money againg i then went to trade rude mall at capitec bank to find outwhats happening been helped by capitec employee kgomotso find on her computer that the loan was paid up in 18/03/2015 by fnb so there were no outstanding balance and showing that i dont owe capitec bank the she phone the credit dep talking with that lady she told me that she deosnt know what happened and. i should have went to the capitec bank the time the loan was settled to get my settlenmet letter so she then told me it my lose then. she reffered us to noluthando at client care and the answer i got is that i was owing the bank R84 which it deosnt appaer on my statment.i feel like ive been ****** by capitec cause my money was'nt paid back
