Hi Peter my credit card got lost and I reported it ,to capitac ,they closed the card ,days past capitac send me messages that I owe 14890,and they will deduct 8890from my account ,I went to capitac cos I had no knowledge of such transactions and they told me that they will run a investigation ,they did not come back to me till today ,until today they deduct my money 8890 without telling me the results of investigation of how I come to owe them such money and I need my money from them now ,I do not know what to do pls help
