****** of my money at Capitec Bank

<p>I have an account with Capitec. The past few weeks I received an sms to bring my ID and a proof of residence. On the 17 June 2016 I went to Capitec after I have tried to withdraw my money and was told that my account was on hold and declined. I provided the consultant with a letter with my address on and my ID book but Simphiwe told me that they want a clothing account letter instead or SARS letter, which I went an obtained but when I come back they refused the letter and told me to open account at any of the clothing stores or furniture stores andbring the letter to them. The following day on the 18 June 2016 I went to Protea Glen mall and was helped by Sifiso they told me that they don't accept the SARS letter. I don't know what else to do as I can't withdraw my own money because of stupid letter.I went for surgery on Monday i had to.go to a loan shark to loan the money whilst i have the money in the bank.I don't have transport fee to work, I have no food and month end is near and I.have to pay rent. All I want is my. Mmm oney then they can have their account. I will open.account with another bank that doesn't want to rob me of my money.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>66</p>
