Risk of using capitec app

Capitec bank app/system is a risk, or should i say : using Capitec is a risk? You buy Electricity/airtime through their app and you get half of what you bought or nothing. I bought R200.00 Electricity on weekend and they send me 95.00 kWh and calling is waste of time because no one will pick up.

Did that somebody called? No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and guess what? i bought 100 rand electricity again today in the morning trying to check if your app is working fine and i received 25 units. You take us cheap and with no respect at all, I just wish most people can read about this and realize how Capitec works. Please on your response/Call state when will i get my units back.
