Rishqah Connelly worst customer service ever!!!

I'm in America and I needed assistance about an unauthorized debit order that went off my Capitec account. I have a right as an account holder to dispute a debit order against my account. However Capitec's electronic disputes don't work and you have to go into the branch which I cannot do. I contacted Capitec and logged a ticket explaining that I'm in the States (8 hour time difference). They refused to help me because they can't get hold of me telephonic because of the 8 hour time difference. I rep**** to the email from Rishqah Connelly and she/he just ignored me. Pathetic client service. The unauthorised debit order date 24th July R2127.32 has till not been returned. I'm so disappointed in that 1 person as I've had nothing but good service from Capitec to date.
