Ripping of the elderly
My father is a 75 year old pensioner who is really struggling financially. he went to the modimolle branch and opened an account. The lady told him the banking fees are R5. so he deposited R1000 But you guys took R100 of that R1000. R25 for the new account and R75 for the deposit. You should be ashamed. Taking old peoples money like that who is struggling to buy food.
