******* charges and no transparency

Capitec bank are a ******* to what they claim, they are not transparent and are forever over charging me on sms communications and when I query I get lame excuses that don't make sense nor match the transaction. On my wife's account money just keeps disappearing in small amounts and when you check the statement they are not reflected. This is becoming a big problem as it is on going.
