Please help please! I took a R70000 loan from Capitec almost two years ago. I have paid an amount of +- 2300 a month for over 24 months. I missed some payments here and there as I always got discouraged by the lack of decrease of the owed amount payment after payment. I called today to try and settle the account, they told me that I'll have to pay more than R72000 to settle it, despite all these payments I've already made. I feel like I'm being **********. Please help me resolve this so that I can improve my credit record.
