I had a loan with Capic bank which I did one and half year ago. The loan was over 90 000. The interest rate was over 57%, I don't even know. Why I accepted such a ******* deal. I then got Fnb to pay the loan off which they did on 09/11/2015. After the payment was done I phoned the loan department to find out if it was paid in full. I was told that over R77 000 was paid and only .68 was owing and that it will be charged off. I honestly thought I was done with that loan. To my surprise when I went into the branch at Rosebank to request a paid up letter, I was told im owing over R1300. 00 to settle the a ccount. When I p****** I was told its intetest accumulated fron the 9th to the 18th of November. I think that was day light *******. I also see that R50.50 was also debited after I settled the account. If there's and justice at banks, I need that settlement amount paid into my Capitec account *** and the R50.50 also refunded. I hate. Being cheated off my hard earned money. Please bring it back.
