Ridiculous that they take your money monthly, but cant assist with discounted settlements

I have a personal loan with Capitec for over 3 years. I received a call in Feb 2018, stating that I can consolidate my current loan at better interest rates with Capitec. today I went into a branch to settle, I advised that I need a discount as the settlement is ridiculous as I have been with them for 3 years, never missed a payment. other banks provide discount by the way, FNB wanted their loan settled instead of not honouring payments, but Capitec cant. they have received way more than the loan offered, but they still cant assist with a discounted settlement. wow. apparently a manager would call me back, I am patiently awaiting their lies. they don't know about service anymore, as they have many account holders now. I will move my profile and not pay their loan, because wanting to do the right thing is not good enough.
