Ridiculous interest rates

I have been a customer for a number of years and I was actually disappointed with the interest rate I was charged for a loan I took last year. I am actually realising now that it was ridiculous. You guys prey on people's desperations. I did the quote on the app and I was given a reasonable interest rate, when I was called by the consultant, I got the highest interest rate even with a really good credit score. I can't wait to finish paying this and leave the bank altogether.

I actually need someone to explain how that interest rate I got was calculated!
