Ridiculous Interest rate
I have been a loyal customer to capitec for 13years now and paid of numerous personal loans. The sad thing is their interest rate is 26.95% which is ridiculous i phoned in and ask if they can lower it onlyto be told that i cant in these difficult times i mean to pay back R114898 on a loan of R53000 is madness and to be honest after 13years ofloyal customer i am considering switching banks if they cant even help by lowering their ridiculous interest rate. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
