Ridiculous banking policies

I am a client at capitec. On 25 th December 2017 my card was blocked. At the time I thought it was Xmas and maybe network as the balance was showing available but I couldn't access my funds. Nonetheless I waited for Wednesday to go in the bank. Obviously already Xmas being public holiday I couldn't enjoy. Wednesday I go into the bank to realise that capitec consultant says that there's a block from nedbank. I said what.... Is that. Any way I go to nedbank and here the runaround begins which I'm sure many people go through and it's painful to me but not to the staff at the bank because obviously they still get paid to tell me anything on their lips. Speaking to managers and being told its impossible that nedbank cannot block capitec account and capitec saying otherwise. Just wait just wait. It's holidays. Offcourse I am not living on earth and no holidays for me. To cut long story short. Today is the 4th of January and new years also passed by and it was like I am still mourning.
