Ridiculous
I app**** for credit card at capitec Bank as I Bank with them and my salary gets paid at capitec. I was treated like a ******** without any proper investigation. They said my salary slips are *****ulent. I work for a finance house myself. As it is they tagged my account and submitted everything documents required to correct this without any success. I will advise everyone against their unprofessional and mediocre service. I regret ever opening my account there.

22 Sept 2023, 11:34I am disgusted with capitec bank to the last degree. I'm dealing with a person called Zenobia who's supposed to resolve my query but she's more useless than the branch level staff. I now understand why when you bank with Capitec no one takes serious. I am being sent from pillar to post to this day. I think it'll be best to be a stokvel bank. I am livid to deal with the bank that doesn't know banking laws to start with. I rather pay for more bank fees to a proper bank that really know what they are doing. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST CAPITEC BANK WITH YOUR MONEY.!!! Ridiculous and disgusting service ever..they deserve an oscar for worst bank of the year
