Ridiculous!

This bank is so unreliable! I'm still waiting on funds regarding my incident which happened on the 31st of July 2022... Iv deposited R9200 at the Capitec Atm machine @Ottery Hypermarket, my money got jammed and the Atm kicked out my card with no receipt... How ridiculous! I've been funded with a R7050 a day later but what happend to my balance of R2150? I'm still waiting to get my balance... My own money! I am so ****ed with this bank, I've been with them for so many years now and I'm extremely frustrated and dissapointed in them. Infact I've been at the branch on Monday the 1st August 2022 and I've called in so many times and they just don't care about their clients. I'm just being told my incident is under investigation but for how long do I have to wait for my own hardworking money! 😡
