Reversing money

Is very poor when it comes to reversing my money . Today I deposited a money to a wrong number I called capitec branch telling them what i did, they told me they are calling that number s that the person dnt take the money and I did call the number it doesn't exist , now they are telling me to go to court instead of reversing and they see everything from their system still can't reverse my money
