Reverse the money

I deposited the money last week on the 19th at ATM and the ATM went off with the money in it,I immediately got in to the bank to report the matter and ask them to hold that deposit transaction as the ATM didn't gave the option of writing the reference,they said i must wait for 24hours i did after that 24hours i went to the bank again they say i must wait for 48hours.when I go back again they processed the deposit and the i don't have proof of payment.so please help me to reverse the money to my account
