Reverse the mandate fee
Debit order mandate: Please reverse the debit order mandate fees charged. I phoned the call centre and I was referred to the branch. Phoned the branch and Bongani indicated that I should come to the branch. My point is, I cannot travel to the branch after I explained to the branch that I do not have any loan with capitec, despite the guy who assisted me insisted on accepting the mandate. This is the mess created by the bank and I will not honour this by travelling to the bank again. Please reverse the fee and remove the mandate.

15 Nov 2021, 14:03Hi, so I now noticed that in relation to this query here, Capitec has been attempting to debit FNB account, and this has resulted in me owing FNB over R3000 in charges as a result of no funds, who mandated you to do this things? Why am I still keeping your account and getting paid through capitec? This now explains why everybody is fuming on twitter about the **** capitec has turned out to be. Please resolve and pay all the charges on FNB as I will not be held liable. I paid off this loan directly with capitec.
