Reverse my money please

Hi everyone im so disappointed with capitec bank...last year December i accidentally sent 3000 rand to the rong acc .i dd transaction via my app i was actually sending money to my uncle ...when iget to capitec they told me theywill contact the acc owner and they told me she is not picking and they cannot reverse the money without his or her permission, i kept going to check and i was told that they r going to freeze the acc ..now my question is what are they going to do with that money since they won't give it back to me..they can see the money is from my acc why can't they send it back..im not trying to still or cheat anyone..i made mistake i even showed them how the mistake happened the numbers are similar just last four differ...im very disappointed with the way they handled it to think that its being years since i started banking with them and now i think of closing that acc since they won't give me my money back they are useless i don't trust them with my money anymore
