Reverse money back

I rate Capitec Bank with one star they have a very bad service I made a withdrawal money morning at 10:21 withdraw the money at the Nedbank ATM in ravensmead I withdraw my money but the money didn't came out of the bank my phone went off I received a SMS from Capitec that the money was withdrawn but I didn't receive the money I called Capitec Bank because I bank with them all these years they agent who answered the call told me it's going to take 14 days before they can reverse my money back to my account my problem is why do I have to wait that long for my own money they did see on the system that I did withdraw the money but never received it I'm very disappointed in my own back I need my money it's a small amount of money but I still really do need my money
