Reverse airtime into cash

Hello I used Capitec banking app wanted to transfer money instead I sent it as airtime for R890 to my friends number who I meant to send her Cash and I went to Capitec to reverse an I heard stories saying I should call the service provider which is Cellc in this case and my friend also went to Capitec and they told her stories.

I called Cellc and was told the can't reverse it once I purchase is done and the lady on the line for cellc was very rude she didn't wana hear. Haven't used the airtime its been 1days and I'm trying to get me cash back into my account. Capitec can u help.
