Reversal promised and now denied!!!
On the 21st of November I called collections call centre to inform them of unpaid maternity leave from December 2014 to June 2015. I made a payment arrangement of R400 to be deducted as UIF and maintenance will be paid into my account December I received a small bonus from my company of about 800 and it was all taken towards the loan. In January an amount of 6400 was paid to my account from the UIF department. 800 + 1600 was taken towards my loan and my R400 arrangement was not honoured. February the reversals were done and march aswell without issues.
I checked my statements now and saw that January no reversals were done. I called the call centre and was informed its too late to have reversal done now. I refuse to accept this.
I made an arrangement and expect it to be honoured.
I am a single mother on UIF currently and I really am already not surviving. Please contact me via email [Email Removed] ASAP with regards to me reversal. Our entire household is banking with Capitec and I would not want you guys to loose 6 accounts. I did promise to honour my loan in full after June. I am waiting for your communication via email as my cellphone cannot take calls>
