Reversal on unprocessed transaction

I had bought a few items on Pick n Pay ASAP, money was deducted on my account but order cancelled on the Pick n Pay app. I called them and was informed to wait 2 hours for the reversal. I did after that they told me to contact my bank. I texted on the WhatsApp line and. did not receive any concrete feedback just jargon. Please assist me with retrieving that R197.93 that is sitting under my unprocessed. It might be little money but it is sad to get money deducted from you whereas no services were rendered. Please assist
