Reversal off transaction

Good morning I’m writing this review with great disappointment I had an incident where I had paid my medical scheme on Capitec and it never reflected on my medical I tried to reverse it with no luck I went to the bank explained what has happened I was made to jump from pillar to post with no luck it happened in March and till today I just have money that I don’t know went where
