Reversal of Stop Order

Hello Peter

I previously used Capitec Bank but sometime in 2015 I changed and went to use Nedbank. In February 2017 I could no longer afford Nedbank charges and returned to Capitec Bank. Apparently I had a stop order (If that is correct word to use but I made an arrangement for my Nedbank Home Loans to be paid to my Homeloan bank account) that was still active. So on the 15th of February 2017, the money was paid into my Nedbank Homeloan account. On 16 February 2017 I went to Capitec Bank to request that this be reversed as the HomeLoan is currently paid directly from my salary. That was the beggining of my troubles with Capitec Bank. I was told that the matter would take 7 days or more to resolve as they had to request the money back from Nedbank Home Loans through interbank. I was ready to cancel the request and just go to Nedbank and request that the extra money be paid to my bank account, however, I was advised by their consultant that their process would be quick and that 7 days or more does not really mean anything. However, the transaction would cost me R120, which I had no problem paying. We are 9 days away from the 16 March (by this time it will be a month since I lodged the request) and my money is not in my bank account. I took to twitter and Capitec responded through DM and promised to resolve the matter as soon as possible. I was not aware that this just to get me off complaining on twitter. Everytime when I make a quiery am told that they are still awaiting interbank for a feedback. I am now not sure whether I should go to Nedbank Home Loans and request the money whilst there's another process that is currently running with Capitec (although not assisting but cuasing frustrations). I need that money R4500 is a lot of money and I have not been able to pay other debit orders (from 16 Feb) as a result of this. Please assist
