Reversal of debit order and closure of account

my account has been debited twice by and insurance that i never took and when i contacted the bank to reverse the amount i saw told they cant reverse it or cancel it. i need to contact the company. which i did but they still debiting my account. i tried closing the account but am told i need to go to the bank , i cant do it on the app or via telephone. i need this account closed. worst bank ever
