Reversal department from personal account Capitec to Business Account Capitec

Hi am Avuyile Hello Peter I am in need of your help Capitec have been delaying to help me for my reversal they never contacted me back fir feedback I sonce they contacted me when they realized that I have plead help to Hello Peter am in need of help. I real don't know what to do now they fail to resolve thus matter while it's an capitec business account that I have mistakenly sent money too .
