Reversal

Goodmorning It's Mandisa here I've been waiting for help from capitec bank regarding my money but I'm not getting any help I've been waiting since from Monday last week that they will reverse my money but they haven't I even asked then must I seek for legal advised they promised to help me I'm really not happy with the service they giving us as clients and I promise one thing as soon as I'm done with this matter I'm canceling my matter I've never been treated so bad like this I call complaints department bt still I don't get help it's hard to reverse the money bt they good in taking the money that means our money is not safe wit the bank if they can't help us
