Reversal

Good Day

I am not happy about the service that I got from Capitec bank, the guys from the Branch they are so helpful and serving with happy hearts. But the problem is with their head office u those people they don't know how to treat a Clients, my money was supposed to be reversed into my account within 14 days from the 1st when I log a call with capitec but today is the 19th day still that money is still hanging and I am not refunded, what kind of bank that doesn't do follow ups on the hanging transactions.
