Returning phone call
Just want to thank Mokwena from the Capitec call center. He was the only 1 that actually made an effort to call back in connection with a query after my mother was put on hold for so long that it used up all her airtime and after I left messages for them to call her back. I am actually pretty sure the other call center agents are there just to fill up the space in the call center.
