Retribution

I paid my Capitec loan off in full back in January 2013 and even received a paid up letter. To my surprise I recently received 2 calls from RL Daly to advise as to when I will settle R500 owing to Capitec, I calmly advised both consultants that I had paid off what they were referring to MORE THAN 2 YEARS AGO. This prompted me to check my credit report to find that Capitec had BEEN listing me as a defaulter for months on end - I don't even know how far back this goes. <br> <br> I have been negatively impacted as a result of this error and I was advised by the credit bureau that I as a consumer am unable to update this directly with them so I need someone from Capitec to rectify this ASAP.
