retrenchment pain
Retrenched, submitted documents, capitec took deductions without agreement.Didnt know when pension was to be paid. Their retrenchment cover make u suffer more after retrenchment. Last money for school fees deducted again. Why have retrenchment cover, then suffer to pay three months after losing job. African bank doesnt treat its clients this way, they even refund you what they deducted after retrenchment. This isnt good for families suffering from job loses. Rather close the account

03 Feb 2019, 20:03As customers, the complaints departmenttries to minimise the harm. When going for insurances like retrenchment plans how can one continuecto service the loan forcefully after retrenchment for three months. I'm sure other service providers will capitalise on this. Whilst appreciating the service in the branches, the collections department will cost the bank a lot. The treatment they give you and no records of notes over telephonist agreements only favour the company. If you have a family and the bank just deducts whatever is getting into your account after having followed all procedures is not healthy. We plan on the little we have. Complaints must keep up the good work.
