Retrenchment insurance that failed

Good day..

I app**** for a Capitec loan, and was approved, i was offered a credit Card as well.. Great service.. I used my loan and Credit Card.. paid installments on my loan, settled my credit card, and used it again.. i was retrenched about 2-3 months later, submited my Documents in Feb 2018, confirming i was retrenched, but to this day Capitec wants to take their installments.. that are much higger than my curent salary, i have been to branches.. phoned the call centre.. They have blocked my ITC.. i need my name cleared.. i have lost faith in their retrenchment.. event of death policies.. honestly i dont know why they offer it to you if it doesnt work.. i didnt plan te be trenched.. life happens.
