Retrenchment Insurance Claim

OMW!! Same story every month. It is working day no. 64 and yet another debit order went off today which makes me furious because that money eas ment for other debit orders to go off in my account. I was made believed and promised that it would take at worse 60 working days after my retrenchment insurance claim has been approved for the money to reflect in my loan account and for the account to be cleared. This claim has been approved on 28 Jan 2020. We are already ending April and my account is still being debited. So now who is lying to whom? Does anyone at this bank understand the frustration and mountain of effort it is to keep calm and call all these business who hasn't been paid today due to 1 provider who can't keep to their own rules and policies.
