retrenchment cover ****

<p>I am so tired of Capitec messing me around while they budy with your retrenchment documents they still deduct from you money that you cant even afford and then they want to tell you about arrangements which nobody explained to me.I feel this retrenchemnt cover is false adverti*****t,by the time the retrenchment cover is sorted you actually paid your own loan finish.They deducted double payment this month after last month was already reversed and R100 arrangment was made.I went to Cape town branch today and they reversed this months installment ,however they refused to reversed the other installment,i want my money back as soon as possible or i will take this further its UNACCEPTABLE.I feel like closing my bank account and want nothing further to do with them.</p>
