Retrenchment cover approved but still receiving SMSs
Capitec advised me that my Retrenchment cover application has been approved. I sent all relevant documents to them. Then today I receive an SMS saying R3000 will be deducted from my Bank account. How if Im Retrenched and not working? And my account had Retrenchement cover which was approved by you. This is going to affect Credit rating. Please contact me urgently to resolve this.
