Retrenchment claim is now Debt Review /insolvent

Good day, Capitec Bank Bedfordview and The Glen I app**** for a retrenchment claim in 2020 and it was approved . After i got a job i was notified by HR that i was flagged by capitec for debit review of which i didn't apply for the consultant at the capitec branch called an internal department at capitec and confirmed that they flagged me insolvent because i was retrenched and they did that to prevent me from applying for more credit at other FSP.

I was also told that after I get a job i must bring my pay slip and kyc documents to the branch so they can unflag me of which I didn't .

I went to the glen capitec the other day to apply for credit and i was told i cant get credit because of debt review/insolvent. Please assist in having this cleared. Its been two and still feedback or solution
