Retrenchment claim

Hello Peter, I took a loan with capitec bank with a credit insurance. Unfortunately I got retrenched from work I then app**** for a retrenchment claim which was approved by capitec insurance on the 22 of August 2025. The approval message stated that the insurance will pay out within 30 days. The insurance didn’t pay out. On the 30 of October 2025 Capitec bank took money from my account when I went to the branch to ask for a refund I was told that I will only get the refund once the insurance has paid. I have sent emails to capitec insurance with no success.
