Retrenchment benefits
It is with great regret that I once again have to revert to this forum to have my voice heard., I was retrenched on the 15th of June and Kudo's for Capitec for settling 2 of my outstanding loans. I have had until then had a great relationship with the banking and their service was exemplary This, however is where it all went array, not only was my CC only paid partially (I still don't know why) but my biggest concern is that i'm paying for retrenchment insurance while being retrenched, my dear people, unless the Dept of labour is going to retrench me once they stop paying my UIF I will not need it. I have on numerous occasions tried explaining this to your customer relations officers whilst trying to make payment arrangements to no avail.. I am current with my account and yet this morning I received an sms saying that my insurance wasn't paid cause of a late payment. Come on guys/girls, catch a wake up, all I'm trying to do is survive while trying to keep my payments more or less up to date but surely you can come to the party as well. I can not for the life of me afford a full payment everymonth not while receiving UIF onl, I need someone to figure this out, call me and lets get to an agreement without any blacklisting and court actions.
Regards
Johan
