Retrenched: No credit life insurance for my loan

Good morning, My name is Simphiwe SN Buthelezi ID No. ***. I was retrenched on 31st of August in 2020, I had two personal loans with them.

I app**** for my credit life insurance at Berea Branch sometimes in September 2020 and I submitted all the required documents. Around November they settled the first loan ( +/- R3600) and they didn't pay the second loan off which I was owing around R26000 at that time.

As I was on waiting period they ask me to pay whatever amount iWill be able to pay for to loans. So for the first two or three months I was paying R1200.

I've been trying to get help from Empangeni Branch since January, Nothing.

I went to Richards Bay Branch, as from March till today dololo! They know I'm not working but they keep on Debiting R6900 on my account every month I don't have that kind of money.

I'm afraid it's gives me bad name at credit b. as if I can't pay my debts. Please Help! Regards Simphiwe Buthelezi *** ***
