response for query ***6 which I did not log

I received a response to a query which I never made into my personal email account. On this feedback is included the supposed query which I allegedly logged and the my email address is included therein. I am not sure what is going on here but I believe someone is trying to use my name to conclude some banking business with you. Since you called me and attacked me on the phone as a result of the last feedback I gave when someone called my cell telling me they were acting on a lead by capitec, I am sure you will do the same with this one. I am not accusing you of perpetrating this ***** but I am asking you to be aware that someone may be trying to breach my banking relationship with you and that should an account be opened in my name by anyone other than myself, you cannot say that you were not made aware of this situation early on. The person who responded to the query is a Nicole Appollis and the address on her signature is BSE Building, 89 Voortrekker Road, Bellville 7535. Please nip this in the bud. However you do it to set the trap to catch the imposter. I do not live in the Western Cape and have no need to request services there.
