Resolve this matter urgently

Friday midday was at Capitec bank Mandeni Mall to open an account lady assisted me her name was Nompumelelo hope if I ever get to open that account I never see that lady again, then it got me thinking mayb Capitec only hires people with bad attitude as this is not the first time having a problem I gave the lady my documents for opening my account which included payslip which she looked at and made a comment about my low salary to my face which was not a nice thing to me she even said that if she was me she stop working due to that amount just want to know, in order to open account you have to earn certain amount to qualify or is it that the lady was undermining me or is it policy or Capitec training that teaches their consultants to talk to clients that way am very hurt by this please attend to this matter.
