Requesting debit order date change
I've sent my salary date change letter to Capitec on the 05th February 2025 requesting them to change my debit date. I haven't received any feedback. I've been communicating with them on WhatsApp but no one is willing to assist me. The last conversation I had with a consultant, they told me I should wait for the feedback and couldn't even tell me if debit order date has been changed or not. I requested debit order date to be changed in advance because I don't wanna incur bank charges. I have been sending follow up emails and no feedback from Capitec.

24 Feb 2025, 09:05Today is the 24th February and Capitec has not confirmed that my debit date has been changed to the 01st.I'm going to incur bank charges if Capitec attempt to debit my account on the 26th.
