REPULSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CAPITEC BANK CONTACT CENTRE!!

I mistakenly transferred money into a dormant account and I wanted called for a transaction reversal. May I add that this was a charged call where i spent more than 50 mins on a call where half the time i was placed on hold just to speak to a team leader. I wanted to escalate an agent that I spoke too which was condescending and rude and I wanted to speak to a manager and i was placed on hold for more than 10 mins without anyone coming back to me I have never been discussed with such a service as in all contact centres there is an escalation process and no one was will to assist me which is said because i have been a cliebt for more than 5 years but i was treated like *******. I would like Capitec Bank Management to listen to my call as the processes you have are not working for customers when it comes to a simple money reversal or transaction reversal. Your agents are very rude and cannot empathize with customers and our concerns are not taken seriously as I was impacted negatively and will never recommend any client to Capitec Bank. I was repulsed by the processes and the experienced that I received today. I will be moving banks. I hope someone reads customers feedbacks and actually get back to customers as these are valid complains if Capitec Bank has integrity and are to protect customers. I am a very angry customer. How can a contact centre team leader leave before their agents...No management on the floor when i requested to speak to a manager, mind you, the call is paid for to made to wait for more than 10 minutes on call. this is Repulsive and customers don't deserve such a service
