Representative did not arrive for meeting. Bad att

Mr Malan and I had an appointment for 09h00 on Tuesday 17 March 2015. When he did not pitch up by 09h15, I called him asking where he is. He gave me a lame excuse and said maybe he should have called me telling me he is not going to attend our meeting..<br> I am a business woman myself and work on a tight schedule. If he postponed the meeting in advance I could arrange the rest of my day better.<br> I do not like his attitude and reason why he could not picked up the phone and cancel our meeting.<br> I think it is very unprofessional.
